Organizing the second edition of the "English Dictation" 2004.
Over 3000 pupils took part in the eliminations and 200 in the final. Thanks to Polish Radio 1, the recorded text of the dictation was broadcasted nationwide. It was recorded in London by Alan Rickman!
The honorary patrons of 'English Dictation' 2004 were the mayors of Bydgoszcz and Torun .
Marathon at Silverstone.
Visit to Westminster University in London . Talks took place about possible cooperation. The University agreed to sponsor the first price in "English Dictation 2004" - scholarship at the University.
Trip to England to make contacts and talk about possible cooperation with the twin towns of Torun , Bydgoszcz and Wloclawek : Swindon, Perth and Bedford respectively.
Meetings took place with the mayors and local Polish community. Mayors of these towns agreed to be honorary patrons and to provide funds for the second edition of "English Dictation" 2004.
Visit to the House of Lords, meeting with Baroness Billingham.
Participated in "British Days" cultural programme at "Dom Harcerza" in Torun . Together with Polska Akcja Humanitarna and English Speaking Union.

Winter in Town Project: Taking care of 30 children in Bydgoszcz during the winter holiday break (the last two weeks of January). The Foundation provided the location and a cultural programme lasting 10 days, 5 hours each day. Most of the activities took place in English, and focused on English culture.
September 2003 - June 2004
Equal Opportunity Project: Sponsored 32 pupils in Bydgoszcz and Torun with free, one-year English courses. In cooperation with Polska Akcja Humanitarna.
Opening of the new premises of the Foundation in fully refurbished old building in the center of Bydgoszcz. The building is also the home of International House, the quality English language school. We can accommodate up to 12 people in Bydgoszcz during the summer. We have 16 classrooms with TV and internet connections, a conference room for up to 30 people and the club for up to 60 people with TV-Sat, internet and wiring prepared to set up a small cinema with surround system.
